SWRCB Telemetry Reporting

The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) requires holder of Diversion Permits who divert more than 10,000 acre-feet of water annually, own or operate a reservoir or pond with a storage capacity of 10,000 acre-feet or more, or divert water during the period from June 1 through September 30, and directly divert more than 30 cubic feet per second at any time, to report to the SWRCB telemetered diversion data through public website.

The Chino Basin Watermaster holds three Diversion Permits: Permit 19895, Permit 20753, and Permit 21225. The diversion data for each of the three Diversion Permits are generated by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, and made available for download through the links below.

Permit 19895

The recharge basins associated with Permit 19895 are Lower Day, Wineville, and Riverside Basins. This dataset was updated on February 2, 2026, and covers the period from January 1, 2026 through February 2, 2026.

Permit 20753

Permit 20753 is associated with the Etiwanda, San Sevaine, Victoria, Hickory, and Jurupa Basins. This dataset was updated on February 2, 2026, and covers the period from January 1, 2026 through February 2, 2026.

Permit 21225

Recharge basins under this permit include College Heights, Montclair, Brooks, 8th Street, 7th Street, Ely, Turner, Lower Day, Etiwanda, Wineville, Riverside, San Sevaine, Victoria, Hickory, Jurupa, RP3, and DeClez Basins. This dataset was updated on February 2, 2026, and covers the period from January 1, 2026 through February 2, 2026.
